Training Sessions
Most new users or administrators of RONIN only need a single one hour training session to feel confident in the platform, so we offer anuual administrator training and user training sessions (at beginner or advanced levels) as part of our RONIN license.
Slack Channels
We provide public and private slack channels where users can have direct access to the entire RONIN team, plus the entire RONIN community, to ask questions, request new features, report any issues or simply share the awesome things they are achieving with RONIN.
Blog Site
Our blog site contains step-by-step tutorials for every screen and action in RONIN, as well as materials covering cloud best practices, linux system administration, installation and configuration of popular software stacks and much more.
Support Tickets
Our RONIN support ticketing system is linked to our blog so can be helpful in finding answers to many general questions. You can also use the ticketing system to request new features, report bugs, request technical assistance or submit other questions.
